The Hanged Man
The Letter of the Hanged Man represents altruism, selflessness and sacrifice. It is a letter of passivity and tells us about moments of little activity in life. When this letter is related to friendship readings, we must say that It tells us of stagnant relationships, neither changes nor improvements nor deteriorations. If we are looking for changes, make new friends or enjoy new relationships, this letter tells us just the opposite. There is no change, either for good or for evil, that It is going to come into our lives.
When it comes out in its inverted position, however, it takes dynamism and indicates that quite profound changes will come in the world of friendship. It tells us of good friendships and relationships in which we will be able to trust at all times. Relationships are highly recommended and we will be able to see what altruistic relationships are like and without seeking anything in return.
